CCSI will support the improvement in health status and quality of life through a commitment to best practices, performance management, education and training.

CCSI will demonstrate a commitment to process and outcome measurement through the use of performance tracking systems and the integration of our work in the areas of culturally competent service delivery, service utilization data analysis, financial analysis and clinical outcomes reporting. Processes developed will be principles-based and decisions made will be data driven.
