Staff Member Profiles


CCSI staff members come from a variety of clinical, fiscal and administrative backgrounds. CCSI uses a "team approach"  in meeting our customer's needs. Staff expertise is brought to the project based upon what support will provide the best possible result. CCSI has found the synergy created by this approach enhances our quality and overall productivity.

Anne Wilder, M.S.

President

Ms. Wilder oversees a range of activities central to the delivery of CCSI projects and services, including project management and data analysis.  In addition, Ms. Wilder is responsible for leading the organization’s Performance Accountability initiative, which aims to provide a comprehensive picture of agency and program performance across a number of key domains.  She plays a key role in a number of technical assistance projects focused on performance management and the analysis of Medicaid claims data.  Prior to joining CCSI, Ms. Wilder served as the Director of Business Development for Rochester Healthcare Information Group, Inc.  She is experienced in managing data collection initiatives and in using information and technology to support efforts to improve service delivery.  Anne holds a degree in Marketing from the Rochester Institute of Technology and Master’s degree in Public Policy Analysis from the University of Rochester.

Donna Peri
Vice President for Customer Delivery Systems
Ms. Peri manages CCSI's financial operations, including over 100 contracts with service providers and governmental agencies. She is an expert in financial reporting, contracting and claiming for mental health, chemical dependency and mental retardation/developmental disability services. She provides consulting services specializing in LGU and behavioral health regulatory reporting requirements. Her other areas of expertise include business and computer systems development. Donna is a mathematics graduate of Alfred University, with concentrations in business management and computer science.

Don Kamin, Ph.D.
Director of Adult Service Quality & System Development

Dr. Kamin is a clinical psychologist and the Director of Performance Management at CCSI. He has been employed in a variety of clinical and administrative positions in outpatient mental health centers, inpatient psychiatric units, emergency mental health services, and forensic psychology. Dr. Kamin is the former Director of Community Services/County Mental Health Director for Wyoming County, NY. His special areas of expertise at CCSI include performance contracting, quality assurance and performance improvement, and outcome evaluation. Don completed his pre-doctoral training at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine/University Hospitals of Cleveland and received his doctorate in clinical psychology from Ohio University. He completed postdoctoral training at the University of Rochester Medical Center.

Jody Levison-Johnson, L.C.S.W.
Director of Child & Family Service Quality & System Development

Jody is a licensed social worker with extensive experience in the design, development, provision and administration of children's services. At CCSI, Jody is engaged in the oversight, management and monitoring of children’s services for Monroe County including mental health programs and an innovative preventive funded cross-system initiative. She is also actively engaged in the provision of technical assistance in program development, start-up and implementation, performance management and evaluation in the area of children’s integrated services. She consults in a variety of counties to develop and implement new children’s initiatives. Over the years, Jody has provided numerous trainings on clinical issues, wraparound and child and family team facilitation, and cultural competence. In addition to her work at CCSI, Jody is an Associate Faculty Member at the State University of New York at Brockport in the Department of Social Work. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with an allied field in Anthropology from the University of Rochester and her Master's of Social Work from Syracuse University with a concentration in family mental health.

Lenora Reid-Rose
Director of Cultural Competence and Diversity Initiatives
Ms. Reid-Rose is an experienced financial and administrative manager who has served with Integrated Mental Health, Inc. and CCSI since 1986. Formerly the Financial Controller for CCSI, Lenora currently manages CCSI's "cultural competence initiatives", which include the planning, design, and development of training programs, coordination of local, state and national relationships, and management of a New York State Office of Mental Health funded youth advocacy program. Lenora received her business administration degree and teaching certification from Jamaica University of the West Indies.

Adele Gorges

Director of Financial Operations and Western New York Care Coordination Project Director

Ms. Gorges directs the Western NY Care Coordination Project, a six county initiative involving an interrelated set of programmatic, clinical, regulatory, fiscal, and technical initiatives designed to improve services to persons diagnosed with serious mental illness who are in high need of clinical and social support services. The program is sponsored by the New York State Office of Mental Health and participating upstate New York counties.  Ms. Gorges also serves as CCSI’s Director of Financial Operations where she manages the corporation’s budget and general accounting functions. Before joining CCSI, she served as the Director of Finance for the ViaHealth Behavioral Health Network.  Ms. Gorges is a political science graduate of Manhattanville College.

Thomas Jewell, Ph.D.

Director of Evaluation and Services Research

Dr. Jewell is a clinical psychologist and the Director of Evaluation and Services Research at CCSI.  He is responsible for overseeing the design and coordination of the organization’s various quantitative and qualitative outcome evaluations.  In addition, he plays a key role in a number of technical assistance projects focused on the practical application of continuous quality improvement principles and outcome data.  Dr. Jewell is the former Director of the University of Rochester Medical Center’s Family Institute and has extensive experience planning, implementing and evaluating statewide disseminations of evidence-based practices.  Tom received his Ph.D. from Bowling Green State University in Ohio, and completed a post-doctoral fellowship in the psychiatric rehabilitation of schizophrenia at the University of Rochester Medical Center and the Rochester Psychiatric Center.

Merritt Diamond

Manager, Addiction, Recovery and Employability System

Mr. Diamond serves as the Project Manager of the Addiction, Recovery and Employability system (ARES). The system tracks about 3000 Public Assistance recipients through the Chemical Dependency treatment process by connecting Department of Human Services staff with 15 Community CD Providers and their staff. Mr. Diamond has over 30 years of experience in the Human Services field and served as an administrator for Monroe County in the Temporary Assistance Division much of that time. Mr. Diamond developed the ARES system in association with a local software developer and administers it on a day to day basis. As a long-term administrator in Human Services with a thorough understanding of the Chemical Dependency treatment system, he provides a uniquely informed perspective on the issues required to produce an efficient and effective treatment system. Mr. Diamond holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Hartwick College and attended the Master's Program in Public Administration at SUNY Brockport.

Debra Hodgeman

Data Manager

Deb Hodgeman serves as coordinator for a variety of projects that span multiple CCSI departments for which she provides a range of data management, technical, and analytic support.  She works extensively with finance and performance staff within the organization to implement, support and maintain the onpar™ contract management application.  She also plays a key role in the production of reports to support the Performance Accountability initiative at CCSI.  Deb’s twenty years of experience with health care information systems include design, development, implementation, maintenance and quality improvement of data collection systems on both community-wide and individual agency levels.  Since 1987, Deb has been frequently involved in the technical support of the Behavioral Health Community Database in previous positions at various organizations that have supported the information needs of CCSI.

Jason Kuby
Senior Program Associate - Finance

Mr. Kuby is responsible for organizing the daily financial operations related to Monroe County Behavioral Health contract management.  He is competent in Consolidated Fiscal Reporting requirements as well as mental health and substance abuse financial regulations.  His skills include data aggregation, database management and Excel spreadsheet development, individualized to meet customer needs.  He consults on various projects related to behavioral health financial analyses and assists with developing tools for monitoring and evaluating financial and program outcomes.  Jason received his B.S. in Applied Statistics from Rochester Institute of Technology and is enrolled in the Applied Statistics Master's program at Rochester Institute of Technology, with a concentration in Quality Control.

James Monfort
Program Associate - Finance
Mr. Monfort applies his financial and computer expertise to a variety of technical assistance projects.  His responsibilities include product development to streamline financial reporting – emphasis on internal county operations and ensuring compliance with CFR, OMH, OASAS and OMRDD financial regulations.  He is an expert in Excel spreadsheet development and designing tools to support county and provider financial needs.  Jim manages the CCSI Consolidated Fiscal Report (CFR) data mart.  He consults on many projects related to financial management of behavioral health programs and supports Monroe County financial contract management.  Mr. Monfort graduated from the State University of New York at Brockport with a B.S. in Accounting and a minor in Economics.

Ron Sarnowski

Program Associate - Finance

Mr. Sarnowski is responsible for overseeing fiduciary contract management.  His accounting skills support a variety of customers, with emphasis on back office accounting needs as well as various grant, consulting and specialized service agreements.  Ron manages all aspects of the contract, including daily customer support, periodic financial statement production – specifically designed to meet the individual needs of each customer.  Prior to joining CCSI, Mr. Sarnowski was employed as a Senior Accountant with ViaHealth and received his B.S. in Accounting from Rochester Institute of Technology.

Mary Richards, L.M.S.W.
Program Manager - Single Point of Access
Ms. Richards has extensive experience in Rural Mental Health with several years of progressive administrative experiences. She has expertise in Crisis Intervention and Sex Offending Treatment. Prior to coming to CCSI she was the Clinical Director of Orleans County Mental Health Clinic, overseeing the operations of the Outpatient Treatment Program and the Continuing Day Treatment Program. In addition to her work at CCSI, Mary also works at Rochester General Hospital as a Psychiatric Assignment Officer in the Emergency Department. As the Manager for the Single Point of Access Program, Ms. Richards oversees and monitors adult Case Management and Residential Services in Monroe County through a Single Point of Access Referral Process. She received her Bachelor's Degree from S.U.N.Y. Brockport and her Master's Degree in Social Work from Syracuse University.

Elizabeth Meeker, Psy.D.
Senior Associate - Child & Family Service Quality & System Development

Dr. Meeker is a licensed clinical psychologist and Program Manager of Youth Emergency Services (YES) and The Consortium on Trauma, Illness, and Grief in Schools (TIG). Dr. Meeker has over fourteen years experience of working with children, adolescents, and families in both clinical and administrative capacities in outpatient, inpatient and residential settings. At CCSI, Dr. Meeker is responsible for the oversight and management of the YES system and the TIG Consortium. She provides training on a range of topics related in youth in crisis including Youth Suicide, School Violence, Self-Injury, Grief and Loss and Bullying Prevention.  In addition to her work at CCSI, Dr. Meeker also has a private clinical practice.  Dr. Meeker is also the Past President of the Genesee Valley Psychological Association. She completed her pre-doctoral training at Hutchings Psychiatric Center in Syracuse, NY and received her doctorate in clinical psychology from Indiana State University.

Lynn Yolevich
Senior Information Analyst

Ms. Yolevich is responsible for CCSI data analysis projects involving a wide array of behavioral health care data, primarily pertaining to the Medicaid population.  Prior to joining CCSI, Ms. Yolevich was employed by Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield (Rochester) where she worked in various capacities including Health Care Analyst, Actuarial Analyst, and Rating & Underwriting Statistician.  Ms. Yolevich holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy Analysis from the University of Rochester, and Bachelor’s Degrees in Economics and Statistics, also from the University of Rochester.

Beth Seeley

Information Analyst

Ms. Seeley provides programming, analytic, and systems support to a range of projects.   In particular, Beth coordinates the ongoing maintenance of the Behavioral Health Community database, which tracks service use and client characteristics among those served within the public mental health system.  She also provides database development and analysis support to other CCSI projects.  Prior to joining CCSI, Ms. Seeley was with Tobin & Associates where she was a software developer.  She received her Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts from Hartford College For Women.
