Clinical  Audits and Operations Audits

CCSI has an array of seasoned professionals in the behavioral health and human services fields ready to support your needs.  Based upon the type of audit required, a team will be created which draws upon CCSI's expertise in the following areas:  social work, financial management, operations management,  organizational development, cultural competency, clinical psychology and human service delivery systems. An audit outline will be developed  based upon the specific customer needs and a work plan prepared to deliver timely feedback to the customer. CCSI will submit a draft and a final report to the customer and will be prepared to support implementation of recommendations as requested.
