Cultural Competency Assessment and Plan Development
Culturally competent service delivery recognizes what is unique about each individual receiving services and expects that service planning and delivery will reflect these differences and needs. CCSI will assess the degree to which culturally competent service delivery has been integrated into key domains of your organization including: needs assessment, information exchange, services, human resources, policies & plans as well as outcomes. The assessment may be organization wide or department specific. Upon completion of the assessment, CCSI will provide a report detailing critical findings and practical recommendations. CCSI will also work with leadership to develop and manage an implementation plan that responds to the recommendations. Cultural Competency Training is also available.
