Performance Management Services

  • Development of outcome measures and systems to track the measures:

Whether a community system of care or a specific behavioral health or human service program, CCSI will assist you in identifying outcome measures to assess program effectiveness against key domains including clinical, financial, utilization and customer satisfaction. CCSI will also support the development of a system to track and report out on these measures in a fashion that provides the greatest possible value and utility.

  • Development of Balanced Score Cards and Report Cards:

CCSI has a long history of working with our customers to gather and synthesize data and report the results in a way that begins to build a comprehensive picture of agency and program performance.   By taking advantage of existing data sources and supplementing with the collection of specific performance data where needed, we can help you to put in place a system that will support ongoing performance management efforts.
