Project Management

CCSI provides a range of project management and support services designed to help our customers bring key projects to fruition.   Our project management support model is flexible and driven by our customers’ needs, resources, and competencies.  In some cases, CCSI will offer support in the planning stage of a project , providing assistance in areas such as RFP development, vendor selection, and work plan development.  Once a framework has been established, CCSI will transition project management responsibilities to the identified customer point person.  In other cases, CCSI staff will manage the day-to-day operation of ongoing projects, ensuring that project goals are met within time and budgetary boundaries.
