Service Monitoring

CCSI will assist a community in developing an approach that will help more effectively monitor the behavioral health and human service delivery systems within the community based upon four key domains of performance: client outcomes (including access to services), financial performance, service utilization and client satisfaction. In addition to designing the system, CCSI will provide the community with information related to service delivery -specific best practices  as well as tools to streamline data collection. National or state-wide performance standards will be referenced whenever applicable.
