Supporting the development of systems of care for special populations

A system of care is a comprehensive spectrum of services and supports which are organized into a coordinated network to more effectively meet the many and changing needs of individuals. Systems of care enable cross-agency coordination of services regardless of where or how the individual enters into the system. CCSI will work with your organization to understand the significance of planning and delivering behavioral health and human services from a system of care perspective .
