Application Development & Implementation
CCSI has supported the development of a number of software applications that have demonstrated their ability to improve the efficiency and effectiveness with which information can be shared and decisions made. The following applications represent selected highlights of those currently in use by CCSI staff and other customers and are available to support organizations with related management needs:

  • Consolidated Fiscal Report (CFR) Fiscal Management Tools – This web based tool allows customers to aggregate CFR cost reporting data, prepare community-wide reports as well as compare provider specific information such as cost per unit of service.  For a sample of a CFR Report, please click here.
  • OnPar Provider Contract Management System - OnPar is a web based tool for oversight organizations to manage service contracts and establish performance accountability. For more information about OnPar, please click here for additional background information.  
  • Addiction Recovery Employability System (ARES) – ARES is a web based application designed to link chemical dependency treatment providers to the County Department of Social Services to improve communication about individuals on public assistance for whom substance abuse is a barrier to employment and self-sufficiency.  For more information about ARES, please click here to view a related Case Study.        
  • Behavioral Health Financial Management Tools

The applications presented above, or new applications developed, are designed to improve our customer's ability to manage complex community-wide behavioral health and health service delivery systems. Such applications:

  • Assist in summarizing the allocation of community dollars that support service delivery
  • Support better and more timely access to clinical, utilization and financial  outcome information
  • Assist in identifying and sharing community best practices
  • Increase both reporting and performance accountability for agencies under contract for service delivery
  • Use unique skills to work with customers and interface with IT developers to clearly delineate system requirements and assure that resulting application meets the customer’s needs
  • Access to technical resources to support application development
