Providing Innovative Solutions in Human Services Delivery

Based in Rochester, New York, Coordinated Care Services, Inc. (CCSI) is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) management services organization with more than 25 years of experience in providing support to organizations in the behavioral health and human services fields so that they can meet the needs of those they serve.

The organization was founded in 1984 as Integrated Mental Health, Inc., and was responsible for administering an innovative demonstration project focused on local management and alternative financing of public mental health services. Today, CCSI provides a broad array of management and consulting services specifically tailored to meet the needs of local behavioral health, social and human service departments, state agencies, and community-based organizations in Monroe County, across New York State, and beyond. Core services include: Contract and Financial Management, Service Quality and System Development - Adult, Service Quality and System Development - Child and Family, Evaluation and Services Research, Cultural and Linguistic Competence, and Program and Project Management.

CCSI continues to maintain significant contract management responsibilities on behalf of the Monroe County Office of Mental Health. As part of this long-standing, productive relationship, CCSI provides a full complement of management services on behalf of Monroe County including: administration of State aid and County funding to community-based service providers, development and management of service contracts, and ongoing program monitoring and oversight – including cultural and linguistic competence assessment and training and special program support.

In addition to our significant work on behalf on Monroe County, CCSI provides management services and technical assistance to other County governments across New York State and beyond, several state agencies, and a range of other not-for-profit organizations.
