CCSI is the lead agency for Facilitated Enrollment (FE) in Monroe and Livingston counties. Funded by the New York State Department of Health, the FE program helps to make sure children and adults have access to comprehensive, affordable health insurance. We have a team of experienced facilitated enrollers based in several community locations who are ready to assist you in applying for New York State-sponsored free or low-cost health insurance. They will help you to understand the coverage you qualify for, know the documentation you will need, and then help you to complete the application.
