Anne Wilder, M.S.
President
In her role as President, Anne Wilder manages CCSI’s operations and corporate development. She is responsible for leading the organization’s strategic planning process, overseeing its implementation and ensuring progress towards identified objectives. Anne has significant experience in managing data collection initiatives and in using information and technology to support efforts to improve service quality and efficiency. Prior to joining CCSI in 1999 as the Director of Data Analysis and Project Management, Anne was the Director of Business Development for Rochester Healthcare Information Group, Inc. Previous experience also includes work with the Academic Medical Center Consortium and the Gordon S. Black Corporation (now Harris Interactive). Anne holds a degree in Marketing from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in Public Policy Analysis from the University of Rochester.
Donna Peri
Vice President
Donna is responsible for leading the organization’s financial and contract management support services. With nearly 20 years of experience in behavioral health care finance and contract management, Donna is highly regarded by customers at the State and local level for her expertise in financial reporting, contracting and claiming for mental health, chemical dependency and mental retardation/developmental disability services. In addition to overseeing the significant financial and contract management responsibilities related to CCSI’s work on behalf of the Monroe County Office of Mental Health, Donna directs CCSI’s financial services and contract management technical assistance activities. These teams provide a wide range of financial and contract management support to more than 20 counties across New York State. Donna holds a degree in Mathematics from Alfred University, with concentrations in Business Management and Computer Science.
Erin Glanton
Human Resources Manager
Erin is responsible for the alignment of CCSI’s human resources practices with CCSI's overall strategic direction. With a focus on increasing CCSI’s organizational capacity and capability, Erin oversees recruitment, hiring, development, and performance management of employees to support their success in contributing to CCSI’s mission. She is also responsible for managing benefits administration, legal compliance, and employee wellness initiatives. Experience in human resources, management, operations, and customer service allow Erin to partner with CCSI's leadership, employees, and customers on CCSI's strategic initiatives. Erin is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Erin holds a B.A. in English from SUNY Plattsburgh and a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from St. John Fisher College.
