Elizabeth Meeker, PsyD leads technical assistance in support of system, organization and program practice transformation initiatives. She and her team provide training and targeted implementation support, including coaching, mentoring and team-based learning, to sustain change in practice and the associated improvement in outcomes. Elizabeth is also a Clinical Consultant for the Monroe County Office of Mental Health (MCOMH). She was the Project Director for Monroe County ACCESS, a federally funded grant to transform children's System of Care and was a member of the Core Management Team of the Rochester City School District Safe Schools/Health Student grant focusing on efforts to improve access to mental health care and school-based mental health treatment.

Elizabeth provides training, consultation, and implementation support to human service agencies, school districts, and mental health providers to support the integration of trauma-informed practices. She served as the first Coordinator of The Consortium on Trauma, Illness, and Grief in Schools (TIG), a program that assists school districts in and around Monroe County to address mental health needs within crisis response. Elizabeth is a licensed clinical psychologist and has a private clinical practice specializing in children, adolescents, and young adults. She completed her pre-doctoral training at Hutchings Psychiatric Center in Syracuse, NY. She received her PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Indiana State University; a MS in Psychology from Indiana State University; and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wellesley College.
