Creating Long-Term Productive Partnerships

The success of any project – large or small – relies on our ability to partner effectively with our customers. For us, that means understanding critical objectives, identifying and effectively harnessing the talent and resources each customer brings to the table and then complementing these capabilities with the right mix and level of support. CCSI has always focused on ensuring success through partnership, and as a result we have developed enduring long-term customer relationships — many extending more than a decade. The majority of our work is with public sector and not-for-profit organizations throughout New York State, including:

  • County and State governments
  • Local Departments of Mental Health, Human Services, Child and Family Services and Aging
  • Behavioral health service providers and provider networks
  • Schools and school districts
  • Community-based organizations
  • Other membership and not-for-profit organizations

What our clients are saying

"CCSI has always been terrific.  As you may know, DePaul has programs in several WNY Counties, and CCSI has made its mark in all Counties, especially Monroe County.  The collaboration and communication are second to none and we attribute much of that to the support we all receive from CCSI. We are very satisfied with the relationship we and CCSI have developed over the years.  We truly look to you as a resource when needs arise."

Christopher Syracuse - DePaul

"I have been recommending CCSI's services to Fiscal staff from other counties for many years. The best thing Sullivan County did in relation to CFR preparation was to hire CCSI."

Fran Cole - Sullivan County Department of Community Services

"Because we are typically facilitating projects that encompass all of NYS, CCSI's breadth of knowledge about individual communities, including our own, has been invaluable."

Jill Dorsi, LCSW-R - New York Alliance for Inclusion and Innovation
