Thanks to our work CCSI, our employees now understand the connection between our budget and clinical work. Tying spending to outcomes is now part our culture.
Through the use of data available on the Erie PSYCKES tool, and with the technical assistance provided by CCSI, participating agencies grew their capacity to utilize data for quality improvement. The collaborative nature of the workgroup helped facilitate knowledge sharing and the development and refinement of QA processes. Depending upon existing capabilities, agencies expanded upon or learned how to look at data more intentionally, how to bring it into the clinical setting, and how to utilize it to drive change.
Working with CCSI shifted our thinking from funding a handful of pilot programs to large-scale approaches across Monroe County, ensuring that our funding is making the greatest impact on whole child health.
As a small organization, we don't have the resources to hire a full-time, highly experienced CFO. Working with David at CCSI allows us to get high-level finance operations support when we need it, at a price we can afford.
