As the Event and Training Coordinator for the Trauma-Informed Network and Resource Center, Brittny designs, develops, manages, and executes high quality events and trainings, collaborating with Subject Matter Experts and other stakeholders.

Brittny is the visionary founder and CEO of The Daughter House Project, a groundbreaking initiative empowering BIPOC single moms in the commercial real estate industry. With over a decade of experience in healthcare, Brittny has worked with esteemed institutions such as Memorial Sloan Kettering, Hackensack University Medical Center, and Amazon Web Services' HCLS Division. In addition, as the founder of the 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, The Crow HEAL Project, Brittny demonstrates her commitment to integrating adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) science into medical practice in NYC's healthcare system and advancing community and economic development.

Brittny holds a BS in Health Information Management and a healthcare MBA, leveraging her expertise as a healthcare executive to inform her leadership in real estate development and trauma-informed approaches. As a survivor of ACEs and a licensed commercial real estate agent, Brittny is committed to using her expertise to address disparities in healthcare access and infrastructure with trauma-informed design principles.
