Don is a University of Buffalo graduate where he earned his MSW and MBA. Don is a University of Buffalo graduate where he earned his MSW and MBA. He has successfully held multiple direct service and program management positions in outpatient, residential and case management programs early in his career. For the last 20+ years, Don has served as a Fiscal Administrator with local government units and Senior VP/CFO positions at the organization level. He is also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Management Accountant, and recently earned Certification in Strategic Planning and Competitive Analysis offered by the Institute on Management Accounting. Don’s experience and specialized certifications bring unique tools and insights into the processes of financial management, strategic planning & evaluation, M&A risk assessment, and sustainability planning.
