Don Dauman is a Senior Consultant in the Fiscal Practice Improvement Office for CCSI and has over 32 years of experience in behavioral health services and organizational management. Don is a University of Buffalo graduate where he earned his MSW and MBA. He is also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Management Accountant and is currently pursuing Certification in Strategic and Competitive Analysis offered by the Institute on Management Accounting. Don has successfully held multiple direct service and program management positions in outpatient, residential and case management programs early in his career. Much of his more recent career has been spent in County DMH and non-profit financial management, strategic planning, and performance evaluation. Don is passionate about encouraging and facilitating the use of business and financial management principles, practices, and data driven decision-making tools and skills in behavioral health organizations across NYS. Don lives in Depew, NY with his wife of 32 years and has two adult children ages 25 and 29. Don enjoys music, playing the drums and guitar, learning for professional and personal growth and is a dedicated Buffalo Sabres fan.
