Donna is responsible for leading CCSI’s Business Management Services area, which includes providing the essential business supports health and human services providers need to run their organizations successfully, scaled to their size, complexity, and budget. Donna has been with CCSI since its inception and brings nearly 29 years of experience in behavioral health and not-for-profit finance, contract and business management. In addition to leading this growing service area, Donna maintains responsibility for a number of areas of agency operations and continues to play a key role with customers in CCSI’s Program Management services area. She holds a degree in Mathematics from Alfred University, with concentrations in Business Management and Computer Science.
