Doug is responsible for providing technical leadership to CCSI's employees and partners, spearheading initiatives to use technology effectively and efficiently, and leads a team providing technical application development to many of CCSI's key customers.

He has over 20 years of varied experience in the IT industry, most recently working nearly a decade as CIO for multiple New York State counties. Prior to his government service, he founded, worked for, and led several IT consulting businesses.

Doug has been active in numerous community events and organizations, with thirteen years of board service and leadership experience with Visions Federal Credit Union; he helped launch and build the LUMA Projection Arts Festival in Binghamton, NY, the largest outdoor projection-mapping art festival in the US; and serves as an Advisory Council member to the American Registry for Internet Numbers (ARIN), helping shape Internet policy for the US, Canada, and the Caribbean regions of the world.

Doug holds a degree in Computer Science from Binghamton University, a degree in Business Administration from SUNY Broome, and the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) cybersecurity certification, along with several additional technical certifications.
