In her role as Chief Program Officer, Erika provides leadership to CCSI’s Program Management service area, overseeing significant programs and customer relationships in Onondaga and Monroe counties and across Upstate New York. Working closely with other members of CCSI’s Executive Leadership Team, Erika partners with customers to develop and deliver critical services and programs that make an impact at both the program and system levels. She also supports CCSI’s growing program management workforce across multiple locations.  

Erika has served the human services industry for over a decade holding titles ranging from Counselor, Trainer, and Manager, to Senior Director, Vice President, and Chief Program Officer. She has expertise in the areas of quality, operations, and workforce development. Erika is a College Instructor dedicated to equipping human service professionals for the workforce and serves on the Board of Directors for one of Rochester’s major hospital systems, Rochester Regional Health. She has received multiple awards including Rochester Business Journal Rising Star Award, Christian Service Award & Strategic Excellence Awards from Roberts Wesleyan College, and the Unsung Hero Award from Ibero American Action League for her leadership through the pandemic.

Erika earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Political Science from St. John Fisher College as well as a Master’s in Strategic Leadership from Roberts Wesleyan College.
