Jim has a high level of financial and computer expertise and applies them to a variety of technical assistance projects. He puts his software application skills to use by developing tools to assist with monitoring and evaluating financial performance of behavioral health providers. His focus is on flexible, efficient, effective tools and analysis. He provides routine behavioral health financial management supports for many counties in an array of roles from trainer to LGU Fiscal Officer. Jim has worked on various projects like NYS OMH Clinic Restructuring, the Conference of Local Mental Hygiene Directors Fiscal Shareware Tools, as well as creation of grant tracking financial tools for various County Departments. Jim graduated from the State University of New York at Brockport with a B.S. in Accounting and a minor in Economics.
