Kathy King serves as a Training Developer and Producer for CCSI’s Consulting Services Team where she supports the development of training and consulting projects – working with consultants to manage and finalize content for projects, training curriculum, presentations, and materials. Ms. King has accomplishments in many diverse professional arenas including over ten years of experience working in Child Welfare, developing life skills programs and curricula throughout NYS for foster care youth. As an Education Specialist for the Professional Development Program, Research Foundation at SUNY Albany she was responsible for working with child welfare agencies, local districts, and foster parents across NYS to develop and implement their independent living programs for youth aging out of foster care, providing staff training, and planning the annual Foster Care youth conference and speak out. Ms. King’s experience also includes working for a catering company as a Senior Event Planner where she was responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing corporate and social events. Ms. King earned her Bachelors degree in Sociology at the State University of New York at Fredonia.
