Mari Carr began her current CCSI role in December 2021, when she became the Managing Director of the Consulting Services and Project Management Office. In this role, she partners with the CCSI Area of Practice / Business Line Leaders in the CCSI Consulting Division to develop and execute business plans that advance the overall CCSI strategy. She joined the CCSI family in November 2020 as a Business Efficiency Specialist, working closely with the CFO and other members of the Senior Leadership Team to review and revise business processes and project management workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Prior to CCSI, Mari worked at Excellus BlueCross BlueShield for 12 years and held various senior leadership roles throughout her tenure. The most recent position was serving as the Vice President of Network Design and Strategy, where she had oversight of strategic portfolios, business and technical requirements, business process engineering, and medical cost-saving optimization.
Mari’s career has also involved time at Current Group, ChoiceOne Communications, MPower Communications, Frontier Cellular, CellularOne, and Midlantic Bank Corp. These positions allowed her to hone her skills of improving operational performance and efficiency; process, project and program management; business strategy; profit and loss management; cultural engagement; and quality assurance.
With a Bachelor of Science degree in Management-Finance from St. John Fisher College and her extensive work experience, Mari has a proven track record of transformation and operational excellence that transcends the banking, telecom, and healthcare industries.
