After over 20 years of progressive leadership roles in higher education, most recent as a director of financial aid, Megan joins CCSI to work closely with the Chief Program Officer to support program delivery, relationship management, and innovative leadership in Albany, Broome, Chautauqua, Onondaga, and Wyoming counties. In her role as Director of Program Management, East, she assists CCSI’s internal executive level leaders to drive operating principles and strategic planning through the creation of shared standards of practice, workforce development and contract oversight.
Megan graduated from SUNY Cortland with a bachelor’s degree in sociology with a concentration in public administration and policy. She earned her master’s degree in human service administration from St. John Fisher University. Using her education and experience, she brings her collaborative leadership style; strong commitment to diversity, inclusion, and collegiality; and the ability to navigate complex institutional structures with multiple levels of regulations across various constituencies.
