Terrell is the DEI Operational Manager for Coordinated Care Services, Inc. (CCSI). There he supports talent and culture initiatives, as set by the Chief Diversity Officer (CDO), Chief Compliance Officer (CCO), and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), with executing relevant strategies that advance CCSI’s organizational DEI goals and initiatives.

He is a graduate of St. John Fisher College with a double major in Sociology and Criminology. He also earned his master’s degree in Education Policy from the University of Rochester with a focus on transformative program evaluation. His personal and professional experience, paired with his formal education, has informed him substantially regarding the inequities experienced by historically marginalized and under-resourced populations related to housing, health care, education, employment, criminal justice, and mental health.

Terrell is a board member of The Hub585, Inc. and Generation Two. He is also a member of the NAACP Rochester Branch, the ROC2025 Talent Strategy Working Group, and is an Urban League of Rochester Powerbroker. Terrell has had the honor of presenting at various conferences and working groups such as the Urban League of Rochester Interrupt Racism Summit, SUNY Erie’s Retention and Success of Students of Color in Higher Education Conference, NYAPRS’ Overcoming Health Inequities at the Individual and Organizational Levels, Rochester Mental Health Association’s Engaging Men of Color: Mental Health Equity event, Northstar Networks Healthcare Business Academy Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Day, and the Workforce Diversity Network.
