CCSI has an ongoing commitment to wellness and work/life integration. We believe that supporting the health and wellness of our staff allows all of us at CCSI to do our best work – and to grow both personally and professionally.
CCSI is involved with over 20 other organizations in the Greater Rochester area to take an active role in helping to reduce and eliminate the effects of structural racism. The REJI initiative addresses racism by focusing on organizational change and building community capacity for racial equity.
At CCSI, we believe that job satisfaction is crucial to creating a positive and productive workplace. For that reason, each year we conduct an employee engagement survey to understand how we are doing as an organization.
CCSI offers a variety of professional development programs and resources for employees to continue to learn and contribute through participation and collaboration.
The diversity of our multiple work locations builds on the diversity of thought, perspectives and experience that we value. No matter where we work, we experience a strong sense of community and the chance to make a difference.
