CCSI COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate

Wellness@Work Program

CCSI has an ongoing commitment to wellness and work/life integration. Our comprehensive Wellness@Work program provides benefits, incentives, and resources to assist in all aspects of work and self.  Some of our offerings include:


UR Wellness Biometric Screenings and Wellness Coaching
We partnered with UR Medicine Employee Wellness to offer free, confidential Personal Health Assessment (PHA) and Biometric Screenings to all employees enrolled in CCSI’s health plan.


All employees and their dependents have access to on-demand telemedicine and mobile diagnostic services at no cost.


Onsite Mammograms
Onsite mammograms offered by Rochester Regional Health through their Mobile Mammography Center.


Behavioral Health
Employees and members of their households have access to eight free, confidential, face-to-face behavioral health counseling sessions per year/per issue through NexGen EAP.


Employee Assistance Program
Employees also have access to financial consultants and resources at no cost to them through NexGen EAP. 


Benefit Hub
This free and easy-to-use online portal for CCSI employees and their families provides access to discounts including: shopping, food, electronics, entertainment, personal insurance, travel, with cash back offers and more incentives.


Lunch & Learns
CCSI offers Lunch & Learn programs on various wellness topics including: a bike-to-work program, financial wellness, Medicare overview, and functional nutrition.
