A Brief Job Description:

Helio Health is on a mission to treat and promote recovery from the effects of substance use, mental health disorders, and other behavioral healthcare issues. Currently, Helio Health's Rochester Inpatient program is located on University Avenue. Due to our success in the region, we are moving to a freshly renovated location on Brighton Henrietta Townline Road! Now called Pathways of Helio Health, this location will better serve the community at a larger 53 bed Inpatient Rehabilitation and Medically Supervised Detox program.

To support the mission of Helio Health, the Administrative Assistant will provide general administrative support and excellent customer service to our internal and external customers. The Administrative Assistant will work on a Full-Time basis, Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.In addition to Helio Health’s comprehensive benefits package, this position is eligible for a $1,500.00 Sign-Onincentive! 

Responsibilities: 

  • Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff members.
  • Ordering supplies and taking stock of administrative office and program inventories.
  • Process incoming mail and packages on a daily basis.
  • Ensure proper filing of various documentation to enable efficient and accurate reporting for internal and external audits.
  • Responsible for assisting other departments with projects/tasks as needed.

Qualifications:  

  • Associate’s Degree/Business Certificate preferred.
  • Two years of previous administrative and/or clerical related customer services experience highly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 software required.
