A Brief Job Description:

PRIMARY FUNCTION Manages and Oversees Agency’s Program Grants

SPECIFIC DUTIES
1. Responsible for overseeing all administrative responsibilities and planning of the PHDC supportive housing grants;
2. Plan, implement, and assess the outcomes of a comprehensive grants program in conjunction with the Grants Program Director, CFO and executive staff;
3. Responsible for accurately and timely submitting applications, funder reports, funding requests and rents collected. Ensuring each program is operating within compliance of program regulations, within budget and performing all other ongoing grant requirements;
4. Represent PHDC as a primary point of contact to funding agencies, provide requested information and obtain technical assistance as needed;
5. Responsible for ensuring that PHDC profiles and accounts are updated and current in funder databases;
6. Represent PHDC and programs in the community;
7. Participate in community agency meetings as needed for purposes of networking and client advocacy;
8. Participate in the process of recruiting, selecting, hiring, evaluating performance and scheduling staff, interns or volunteers;
9. Complete and maintain various reports and records as required;
10. Identify and track performance measurements for success;
11. Maintain a master calendar for scheduling contacts with grant makers, writing proposals, reporting and voucher/funding submissions.
12. Source, identify and apply for new grant opportunities. Grant prospects include foundations, corporations, associations and government entities.
13. Source, identify and contract with partner agencies as needed;
14. Identify and properly document sources and values of match and leverage funds;
15. Responsible for information technology function as it relates to the programs;
16. Participate in the development and implementation of yearly program objectives and work plans,
17. Draft and update policies, procedures and forms;
18. Supervise/conduct client recruitment, eligibility, housing placement, case management, and advocacy;
