Lenora Reid-Rose is the Senior Director for Strategic Initiatives, Partnerships and Community Connectedness, evolving CCSI’s position as a trusted partner to state and local government, provider agencies, and other stakeholders in its core areas of practice by providing guidance and oversight for significant, multi-stakeholder initiatives developed to advance this goal and by maintaining and building relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure that CCSI services and resources are well understood.
She also serves as a subject matter expert and resource to CCSI’s Consulting and Program Management business areas, working closely with the Chief Diversity Officer and Area of Practice Leaders to provide specialized consultation for projects focused on helping organizations strengthen practices in the areas of diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racist practice.
