During these difficult times, we may find ourselves feeling anxious, fearful, uncertain, or confused. It is vital that we take care of ourselves, both mentally and physically.  Take 5 Monroe encourages you to take 5 minutes of your day to take a break, relax, and recharge.

Members of our community have shared their time and talent to provide some much needed emotional and mental health support by creating 5 minute videos for you to try.  Because we all renew in different ways, video content can range from easy movement, yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and prayer to activities like dance, music, art and beyond.
