Carolanne Kaye is Chief Information Technology Officer for CCSI and leads the Information Technology (IT) strategy and technical operations that support the overarching CCSI plan and operating principles.  Through the network of all CCSI’s employee, IT focuses on delivering and supporting capabilities that improve business processes, enable employees to connect and collaborate more easily and provides excellence in customer service, both internally and externally.

Carolanne brings to CCSI over 25 years of experience in both large and small organizations. She has an extensive background in various software development and leadership roles for both customer-facing applications and back-end publishing systems with Thomson Reuters. She has been a panelist at Oracle OpenWorld and presented on “big data” at the Grace Hooper Women in Computing Conference.  Carolanne currently serves as a judge for website and gaming development at the annual NYS Future Business Leaders of America Competition and the Grace Hooper Conference selection committee for participants in the new 2018 Products A-Z track.  Carolanne earned a master’s degree in Software Development and Management from Rochester Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Brockport.
